Displays all seeds in the current lineup and becomes an exact copy of the selected plant at the same sun cost. The copy has identical stats to the original. Recharge is 6 seconds regardless of the copied plant's recharge time. Can copy any plant in the current seed selection.
Imitater is a universal force multiplier that copies any plant in your lineup, effectively giving you a second copy of your most valuable seed without occupying an extra seed slot. In Survival Mode, copy Cob Cannon for a third cannon at no extra seed cost. In Adventure Mode, copy Wall-nut to place two barriers in critical lanes during the same wave. The 6-second recharge means Imitater cycles faster than most plants it copies, allowing rapid sequential use. The optimal Imitater target changes with each wave: copy Squash for emergency Gargantuar response, Cherry Bomb for flag waves, or Sunflower for early economy building. Mastering Imitater means always having the right plant for the current threat without using an additional seed slot.
Imitater itself has no combat role. Copied plant determines the matchup. Copy Squash against Gargantuars, Cherry Bomb against dense clusters, Coldsnap Bean for crowd control, or Wall-nut for emergency walling.
