Details

fires a barrage of 3 obsidian peas every 0.25 seconds with each of them dealing 80 damage. Each attack will deduct 10% of its current HP from itself, but it won’t go lower than 500 HP. The self-damage can’t be redirected to any damage-redirecting plants such as .

This plant features an energy system gimmick, which can be easily indicated when enabling “Show Plants HP”. When any plants on the lawn (including itself) have their HP changed from healing (it doesn’t matter if they’re at full HP or not) or being damaged, gains an amount of charges equal to the amount of HP that was changed. On top of that, once it reaches 500 HP or less, it’ll gain 50 energy whenever it fires instead of damaging itself.

The damage from the obsidian pea can be increased, with the said amount of damage varying based on the current amount of energy charges has by the following calculation: [1 + current amount of charge / 75000] times. Additionally, ‘s fire rate and projectile speed will be increased by 1.5 times (~0.16 seconds) at 50,000 energy and 2 times (0.125 seconds) at 100,000 energy, respectively.

Pros
Cons
Incredible sustained fire rate at 0.5 seconds between shots, shredding large zombie crowds
Hybrid frostflame damage applies both fire and ice effects simultaneously
Ultimate skill dramatically multiplies projectile count for devastating burst phases
1000 Sun cost is extremely high, requiring major investment before it can be placed
Primarily a single-lane threat, leaving adjacent lanes unprotected
Complex multi-phase attack patterns can be difficult to plan around
1 Save up 1000 Sun before placing — Apeacalypse Minigun pays off best in long waves where sustained DPS matters most.
2 Pair it with crowd-control plants that slow or stop zombies so it can maximize hits per zombie.
3 Trigger its ultimate during boss zombie appearances to unleash its highest damage phase.
4 Position it in the back rows so it benefits from full lane length to accumulate maximum hits per target.
QWhat makes Apeacalypse Minigun different from a standard rapid-fire plant?
It combines frostflame damage type (simultaneous fire and ice), has a multi-stage ultimate skill, and deals dramatically more damage during its charged phase.
QIs 1000 Sun worth spending on this plant?
In survival and Odyssey modes where waves are long and intense, yes — its sustained DPS makes it one of the highest-output plants available.
QDoes Apeacalypse Minigun work on flying zombies?
Its main attack hits ground and water zombies; the ultimate skill can hit all types including air.
